PTM holds an all time historic Miransha protest in a rare show of power.

In a historic and rare show of power PTM organised a successful protest demonstration at Miranshah, North Waziritan against the oppression of the state of Pakistan and its all powerful Military.

Speaking to a sea of people, the leader of Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM), Manzoor Ahmad Pashteen told a charged crowed that on one hand the government of Pakistan was holding talks with PTM and killing and arresting our workers on the other. He paid special tribute to the martyrs of Khar-Qamar massacre of 26 May, 2019. the cases of target killings are again on increase, which means that the Army again want to use terrorism as pretext to further torture and kill innocent Pashtuns.” The Pakistani Generals confessed themselves on several occasions that they promoted terrorism, so they should be punished for that crime”, he said. Manzoor Pashteen said that we want peace in Afghanistan and don’t want proxy wars on our land. However, the main-stream Pakistani media under pressure from Pakistani Military did not report the event. Ali Wazir, Mohsin Dawar, Afrasiab Khattak, Said Alam Mahsud and Said Anwar Dawar also delivered speeches to this massive gathering.

Earlier, thousands of PTM workers, supporters and sympathisers from all around the Pashtun-land including Afghanistan arrived to a small town of Miranshah, North Waziristan to participate at the historic gathering held on November 15, 2020. Leaders and political figures from other political parties of Pakistan also participated in the protest demonstration.
