ALARMING INCREASE IN EXTRA-JUDICIAL KILLINGS IN PAKISTAN; IRESK

IRESK wants to draw the attention of the International Community particularly UN towards a very grave human rights situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) where Pakistani Army rein of terror against innocent civilians continue with impunity.

Target killings  (extra-judicial killings) both by state and non state actors has increased in KPK where in the last 4 years more than 430 innocent civilians have been target killed. This year, we have witnessed an alarming  increase in Extra-Judicial killings in former-FATA now merged with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. If Extra-Judicial killings of Baloch ethnic minority is included then the numbers reach 1000 civilians. The main reason for increase in these killings is due to the on-going peace-talks between the government of Pakistan and the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan TTP. All those notables, politicians and human rights defenders who are oppose handing over EX-FATA  to Taliban are being targeted and  killed both by TTP and Pakistan Army. Through these  killings the government of Pakistan want to  instill fear in the peaceful Pashtun community not to oppose TTP. In this way Pakistani state is in the process of providing  so safe-heavens  to TTP and other terrorists  to be trained  and sent to Afghanistan and the whole region for terrorist activities.

Most of the cases of Extra-Judicial killings are either not reported or under-reported as people due to fear of. Pakistan Army do not report the cases. Even the journalists self-censor themselves and media outlets are forced to report what has been given to them by ISPR the official mouth piece of Pakistan Army.

The following documented cases of Extra-Judicial killings indicate the trend in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa;

On May 17, 2022, Rizak Khan was extra-Judicially killed by the Military Secret Services of Pakistan and his dead body was thrown on the Mir Ali road, Khesoor, district Waziristan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. He was abducted by masked men (Secret Services) from the same area on 15 May, 2022.

On May 15, 2022 two member of the Sikh Community Kuljeet Singh and Ranjeet Singh were assassinated by unknown persons (they are known as military secret services of Pakistan).

On April 19, 2022, Another incident of target killing took place in North Waziristan Tehsil Mirali Bazaar at Shaheed Noor Salam Chowk.

 Unidentified gunmen opened fire and killed a man named Aqa Khan who belongs to Spinwam Tehsil of NW.

On April 20, 2022, two Inspectors of AntiNarcotics&Excise r killed in apparently targeted attacks by Unknown Assailants in Daraban DIKhan. On the same day, In another Incident which happened in MirAli North Waziristan.Police told the two men who were here for recruitment in #FC were shot dead  by unknown attackers.

On March 22, 2022, Musawar Dawar a political worker and human rights defender was target killed in broad day light by unknown persons at Mir Ali in Waziristan.

On March 12, 2022, the Karachi Police  extra-judicially killed a young man Ismail khan AkaKhel . Police later accepted its fault and said that it was a mistake.

All this is done by Pakistan to achieve its strategic objectives in the region through jihad and radicalisations. Unfortunately, the victims are only the Pashtuns.

On March 04, 2022 Peshawar Imam Barghah was bomed resuling in killing of 50 and injuring of 80 innocent members of Pashtuns Shia Community in Peshawar.

On April, 7, 2022, Zahir Khan was killed by unknown persons at Nowrang Khel area of Jani Khel, District Bannu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. He was serving at Frontier Corps and was on leave. He was killed in an area where a Military check post was very close to the incident.

On April 9, 2022, two police men named Latif and Farman ullah were target killed by unknown persons at Jani Khel, District Bannu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.

On April 10, 2022, the Counter Terrorism Department of Police has reported to have killed 5 terrorists in Bannu. But, according to our sources one of the reported terrorist Sherman Ullah was forcibly disappeared by Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) few months ago from Bannu Passport office. We are documenting the information about other 4 innocent persons who have been brought from different infamous Detention centers and killed in this fake encounter.

On December 6, 2021 a school going boy Arsalan Maseed was killed by police in a fake encounter terming him terrorist bu later it was proved that he was innocent.

Earlier, Naqeeb ullah  Mehsood a young espiring model was forcibly disappeared and later killed in torture cell by RAO Anwar , a Police officer, who is responsible for killing of 444 innocent people mostly Pashtuns. But, he has not been made accountable.

On September 28, 2021, according to DG ISPR the Pakistan Army conducted an operation in South Waziristan and killed 10 terrorists, including four commanders, But ISPR failed to mention the names of the terrorists or even the 4 commanders killed during this operation but the truth is probably the opposite, we are getting information that a woman and her innocent children including a girl and a boy were martyred in this attack and 8 others including women and children were killed some of whom have been taken to Wana Hospital.

Through such lies, Pakistan Army is killing innocent civilians in the name of so called war on terror. Instead of killing Taliban and Al-Qaeda, army is bent upon killing innocent women and children to deceive US and earn dollars from them. IRESK has witnesses to prove it.

On September 11, 2021, in a military operation in Haiderkhel, an eighth-grade student named MAMOOR son of Noorab ud din was killed by the Pakistan army. six other people were also forcibly disappeared. PTM has organized a protest sit-in at Khajuri check post to denounce this barbaric act of Pakistan Army.  Thousands of innocent people have been killed in military operations so far and all of them have been declared as terrorists. The state can no longer continue this game.

On APRIL 26, 2021,Pakistan Army opened fire on 3 civilians at a shop in Bibi Zai Raghazai area of ​​Makin Tehsil of South Waziristan, resulted in killing  of Inamullah son of Muhammad Younis and Kalam uddin son of Bakhmali Khan on the spot while  Mansoor was seriously injured and was taken away by Pakistan Army.

Fake so-called Intelligence Based Operations IBO by Pakistan Army have become a norm in Pashtun areas of Pakistan where civilians are killed with impunity and declared terrorists to International Community.

On April 15, 2021, according to ISPR, a  leader of Taliban  named Safir ullah, wanted since 2006 was killed in a Intelligence Based Operation. Contrary to the ISPR’s claims  Mr. Safirullah turn out to be an Oveseas Pakistani working in Dubai, UAE.

As per statement of ISPR if Mr. Safir ullah was a terrorist or Taliban commander then how he succeeded to travel to Dubai several times since 2006. Even his Identity Card was issued in 2017. Why his name was not put on ECL nor in Schedule IV as has been done against activists of PTM.

On April 14, 2021, An innocent Pashtun named Zahid Uddin was killed extra Judicially by Pakistan Army in Saidagi area of Miran Shah, Waziritan.

As usual,  ISPR immediately issued a traditional statement that it had killed a terrorist in an operation. Immediately after the incident, the workers of PTM took to the streets against the killing of this innocent man and demanded justice.

Due to Pashtun Protection Movement, it has become almost impossible to kill Pashtuns with impunity as was done in the past 20 years of war on terror where Pashtuns were easily declared terrorists. PTM proved that Pashtuns are not terrorists rather they are victims of terrorism.

On March 8, 2021, Mubashir a student of Peshawar University was extra-judicially killed by the Police in broad day light. He was resident of District Bannu in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The students of the University took to streets to protest against this brutal killing by the state.

On March 4, 2021, A dead body was discovered by labourers who were working on the road at Dosli Ghariom area in North Waziristan. The documents found with the body proved that the dead person was Muhammad Salam son of Qabil Din who was forcibly disappeared by the state since 2008. Muhammad Salam was a school teacher by profession. His family finally found the bones of their loved one 13 years after his disappearance.

This is the reason that PTM is demanding a Truth and Reconciliation Commission under UN to investigate these crimes against humanity committed by Pakistan Army.

On February 23, 2021, Dr. Ashraf, the brother of Dr. Sakhi Marjan, a PTM activist, was shot dead in broad daylight by the Army in Shaktoi, South Waziristan.

Pakistan Army has declared the tribal Areas of Pakistan as safe after several military operations but those claims proved to be wrong as it continue to kill and torture innocent civilians on daily basis.

On February 14, 2021, Pakistan Army fired indiscriminately on a car at Wana Bypass, South Waziristan, which resulted in the killing of a civilian Jalaluddin son of Rasmal Khan on the spot.

Ther women accompanying Jalaluddin meraculausly remained un-hurt.

A huge protest was held at Azam Warsak  area to demanding justice for Jalaluddin. Ironically, the Taliban Commanders are living lavish lives in Army garrisons of Pakistan while ordinary citizens are humiliated, tortured and killed with impunity.

On January 27, 2021, Pakistan Army opened indiscriminate firing  on a civilian named Zia ur REHMAN at  village Tappi, Tehsil Miranshah, District North Waziristan.

The young man, Zia-ur-Rehman died on the spot . The family tried to register an FIR but the police refused.

On January 16, 2021, Pakistan Army dynamited the house of Gul Badshah which resulted in the killing of a 12 years old boy named Khatam Gul.  After, several military operations in Tribal Areas and the subsequent damage to houses and properties of Tribesmen in North and South Wazistan, Pakistan Army claimed that peace has been restored and terrorists eliminated. But, tribesmen have still been scapegoated and killed on daily basis. According to local sources, a notorious Army officer Major Zarar was responsible for this death.

On January 15, 2021, another innocent Pashtun named Dr. Wali Ullah Dawar who was even supporter of the Pakistan Army, was killed in indiscriminate firing by Pakistan Army.

 NWaziristan was picked up by the Army from his home in Lucki Marwat on June 20, 2020. His dead body was handed over to his family members yesterday. The body has been amputated, suggesting that organs may have been removed from the body. 

On December 13, 2020, the Army launched a search operation in Khaisur area of North Waziristan without any provocation. Pakistan Army entered the houses and humiliated and tortured women and children. Fifteen men were taken to nearby Check-post and opened indiscriminate firing on them which resulted in killing of Amin ullah son of Sher Adam and three others were injured. An FIR was registered by locals against this atrocity.

On November 29, 2020, Matiullah was killed by border security forces of Pakistan in an indiscriminate firing.  today, another young boy Sana ullah succumbed to the injuries and lost his life.

On November 28, 2020, the residents of DEGAN, North Wazirstan received the bullet-riddled body of a man Abdul Quddus Son of Shafiq ur Rehman from Miran Shah Hospital left over by Pakistan Army. He was gunned down by Pakistan army yesterday without any reason. Locals have took to the streets to protest against this atrocity.

On October 19, 2020, As a standard practice,  ISPR issued a statement that in an Intelligence Based Operation IBO killed two terrorists named Ehsanullah son of Ali Poor and Akhtar Gul son of Malak Bahadur Khan who have been responsible for the target killing of a notable Malik Raees Khan a day earlier. Pakistan Army used helicopter Gunships to killed these men.

Actually, these innocent civilians were going to attend the Funeral Prayers of the deceased Raees Khan. Even the family of Malak Raees Khan confirmed that these two men were the friends of the family and were innocent. PTM claims that Pakistan Army is involved in gross human rights violations in tribal areas including war crimes and crimes against humanity.

On September 11, 2020, Pakistan Army arrested Israr son of Abdul Mir Khan aged 18 resident of village Pakhel, Tehsil Datta Khel, District North Waziristan. During a search operation in Muhammad Khel area of North Waziristan, he was seen in military uniform assisting Pakistan Army as informer. On September 17, 2020 his dead body was handed over to his family by Pakistan Army.

On September 20, 2020,  Hameed Wazir resident of Waziritan was extra-judicially killed by Pakistan Army.

He was  forcibly disappeared by the Pakistan army in March 2018 and was later released on Probably due to extreme anger of the public due to the killing of a Pashtun Naqeeb ullah Mehsood  killed by Rao Anwar. He was again disappeared by Pakistan Army in September 2018 and killed later on 20-09-2020: Link

On August 24, 2019, five youths  including two school going children on their visit to a chilghoza garden at a distance of  two kilometers from their native village, in Shawal Valley of South Waziristan were arbitrarily detained and later extra-judicially killed by  unit 17 of 70 Brigade of Pakistan Army.

1) Abdur Rehman son of Naik Zaman student of class 6  and

2) Noor Islam son of Alauddin, woker at Dubai, UA were killed.

3) Javed Walid son of  Naik Zaman, student of class 9,

4) Azmatullah son of Maizar Gul and

5) Nasrullah son of Arzullah were critically injured.

On June 16, 2020, a dead body was recovered by locals at Matani area of district Peshawar Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.  The Police claimed that he was killed in an encountrer with CTD. The dead was actually, Irfanullah Afridi son of Laiq Shah who was a teacher in a local school named Ghazali Public School, Khyber Agency.

Irfan’s uncle Abdul Ghani  in a press conference on June 14, 2020  told media says that his Nephew went to the district education office on June 1, 2020 to check his name in the TT teachers  successful candidates list but did not return home and disappeared. He accused government authorities to be responsible for his enforced disappearance. Instead of his recovery he was killed in a fake police encounter.

Mohammad Aleem son of Mohammad Rahim was forcibly disappeared by the intelligence agencies from Karachi, Sindh on January 10, 2020.

 Bahawalpur city of Punjab on May 17, 2020, his dead body was recovered from Bahawalpur district of Punjab, Pakistan. There were marks of immense torture on the body even the nails of this young man had been removed. One ear was cut off and one thumb was also cut off!

According to his family members he was disappeared by Pakistani Military secret services. The family registered and FIR in the local police station and filed a petition in the High Court. He did not have criminal record.

It is to be noted that Missing persons are tortured in prisons and internment Centers of Pakistan. Most of the cases they are tortured to death.

On 18th May 2020, Security forces fired indiscriminately on un-armed and innocent civilians which resulted in killing of Saeed ullah son of Muhammad Zad Shah. Many were seriously injured. Local people were not allowed to help provide emergency treatment to the injured persons.

The reason for this barbaric action was attributed to a bomb blast near Pakistan Army Check-post in the area.

On May 9, 2020, two residents of Tank, Ehsanul Haq Beatney son of Gul Nawaz Betaney and Abdul Latif Marwat son of Abdul Matin Marwat were killed Extra-Judicially and thrown away at district Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

It is to be noted that both of them were Forcibly Disappeared  by Military intelligence agencies about a month and a half ago and have been missing ever since. Both were known businessmen of Tank City.

The reason for their murder was cited as they belonged to Jaish-e-Muhammad which was created by their own hands. The civil society strongly condemned it and requested the government to investigate this incident and make the culprit accountable as the law of the country does not allow any institution to kill civilians rather than present them to the courts of Law.

On May 02, 2020, a well known politician and Human Rights Defender Sardar Arif Wazir, cousin of Ali Wazir, Member of Parliament and leader of Pashtun Protection Movement succumbed to the injuries and died in a hospital in Islamabad.

Earlier, on May 01, 2020, he was attacked by unknown persons ( allegedly by Military Secret Services). Bullets were fired on him which resulted in  head and neck injuries to him. Governor Punjab, Chaudhry Sarwar and IG Police Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, accused him for being supporter of Afghanistan that’s why being killed. These statements show that government of Pakistan is responsible for his murder.

On April 28, 2020, two innocent civilians were abducted by the army from Hassan Khel area of Spin Wam in North Waziristan, subjected to the worst kind of torture which resulted in the Extra-Judicial killing of a young man named Bakhtullah Khan in the custody of the army. His dead body was handed over to his family on April 30, 2020. PTM protested against this high handedness of Pakistan Army.

on April 21, 2020, Muhammad Dar Ali was killed by Pakistan Army an indiscriminate firing in broad day light. He was the father of 7 girls who are now without bread earner. The Army resorted to firing after an explosive device was detonated on an army vehicle in the village of Hasokhel in North Waziristan.

Muhammad Tahir son of Muhammad Karim was Forcibly Disappeared by Pakistan Army on April 6, 2011. Seven years later in 2018, his family was informed that their son had been tortured to death in  the year 2013. The family is demanding to hand over the dead body of heir son but to no avail. The state has become so cruel and merciless that even the dead bodies of Extra-judicially killed Pashtuns are not handed over to their relatives to be buried in traditional Islamic way.

All the notorious internment centres of Pakistan have a graveyard, where they bury the missing persons extra-judicially tortured to death.

Adnan Shinwari , an ethnic Pashtun was picked up from his home by Pakistan Army in December 2019. Three months in detention and the subsequent torture resulted in his death at the hands of Pakistan Army personnel. Army declared him a terrorist. But, everyone know that he was innocent. Thousands of Pashtuns have been disappeared and killed extra-judicially but not a single person has been made accountable by the courts of PAKISTAN.

On January 1, 2020, the very first day of the new year Pakistan Army showered bullets on the spectators of a football match which resulted in the killing of civilian named Suhail son of Moaz ullah. Suhail himself was a public servant and was serving as police officer.

The reason for this indiscriminate firing was a remote-controlled bomb blast  near a check-point of Pakistan Army.

Mohammad Rahim, son of Mohammad Qasim from Adozai-Achakzai tribe, resident of Luqman village, Chaman, Baluchistan was forcibly disappeared by Military Secret Services some two months ago on October 19, 2019. He was a worker at a biscuit Factory.

 One-and-a-half months ago, on November 5, 2019,the Counter Terrorism Department CTD announced that they had killed three terrorists with bombs and other explosives.

The two other persons killed along with Abdul Rahim were  Kakuzai and Suleimanzai also belonged to District Chaman. They were picked up by Military secret Services from their homes six month ago and gone missing.  This is how the secret services of Pakistan, abduct, torture and kill innocent civilians in fake encounters.

On December 25, 2019, Shah Faisal Walid Behrmand, a local Pashtun from a village Shawa (Bar palao), district Dir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was shot dead by the Pakistani army while he was on his way to the village with his three children. PTM announced protest demnostrations to make the culprits accountable and get justice.

Khatir Khan son of Gola Jan, resident of  Landi Kotal district Khyber, a truck driver by profession was arrested by Pakistan Army along with 35 other civilians on December 22, 2019.

Today, on December 23, 2019 he was tortured to death.

Thousands of people in the area protested against this brutality.

Raza ullah son of Syed Munir was tortured to death in the custody of Pakistan Army on November 29, 2019.

He was arrested and disappeared by Pakistan Army, after a bomb blast took place in Hamzoni area of Tehsil Miranshah, district North Waziristan. Some farmers and students were also arrested by Army along with him the fate of whom is not still known.

On October 16, 2019, the personnel  of Frontier Works Organisation FWO a Pakistan Army’s run organisation and  Karachi Rangers opened indiscriminate fire on the protesting truck drivers, which resulted in killing three  and injuring two.

Names of those who were killed;

1. Niaz Ali Khan son of Mir Salub Khan, 30 years old
2. Saad Ayub son of Mohammad Roshan, 25 years old
3. Mohammad Rasool son of Gul Mohammad Khan, 29 years old

Names of the injured;

1. Saeed Wali Shah son of Chinar Gul
2. Hamir Khan son of Qasim Khan

This is how Pakistan Army kill innocent civilians with impunity and without any fear of being made accountable before the courts of Paksitan.

On October 10, 2019, Kabir Khan, resident of Khaisur village district North Waziristan was shot dead by Army personnel at an Army Check post close to his home. He was killed in front of his child who was accompanying him towards home.

The son of Kabir Khan while recounting the story says that he grabbed the hand of his father while passing through the Check-post when Pakistan Army opened fire on them. While his father got injured he in fear run away towards a nearby tree to hide himself from the fire. Later, he reached home safe and sound. This is how Pakistan Army does not care about small children and mentally torture them while killing their near and dear ones.

On January 12, 2019, Yasir son of Ghulam Habib, resident of Mohalla Shamsha Khel, district Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was killed in a fake encounter with CTD in Bakhshapur area of District Kashmor, Sindh.

He was forcibly Disappeared  by  Pakistan’s Military intelligence agencies from Sindh  province 4 months ago on 13 October, 2018.

The youths belonging to Pakhtun nation who were picked up by the police CTD and intelligence agencies a few months ago from Kashmore area of Sindh province and Lahore, the capital of Punjab, today their tortured bodies were found Found in the field

On January 12, 2019, Rohullah Pathan, resident of Badami Road, Lahore was extra-judicially killed by CTD and was thrown away in a field in Sitara Abad in Bakhshapur Area of District Kashmor.

It is to be noted that 4 months earlier several young men of Pashtun ethnicity were abducted and disappeared by Military Intelligence Services of Pakistan including another victim Yasir so of Ghulam Habib. This is how Pakistan Army abduct, torture and kill innocent civilians and then declare to press that they have been killed in Police encounters.

Bait ullah son of Gloop Sardar from Dawar Tribe resident of village Boya was arrested along with 3 other locals ethnic Pashtuns on January 5, 2019 by Pakistan Army’s 14 Punjab unit.

On January 12, 2019,  the 3 others were released by the army. They told us that Pakistan Army subjected them to severe torture. Not only beaten up on daily basis but were kept out side in severe cold. Plus cold water used to be poured on their bodies. Bait ullah succumbed to this severe torture and died in the custody of Pakistan Army on January 13, 2019.  After his Extra-Judicial killing of Bait ullah, Army threatened the family of dire consequences if he is not buried immediately.

63 years old Maulana Sultan Ghani Arif Tahiri, was arrested by Pakistan Army Artillery Group from his house on October 9,  2019.

He was subject to extreme torture in arbitrary detention for one month. Even acid was thrown on his body which result in burning of his arm.

On novermber 19, 2019, he was killed in a fake encounter  along with 10 other civilians by Pakistan Army in the mountainous area of karakar in District Bunir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Muhammadullah son of Ajam Khan, resident of Ladha South Waziristan Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, a worker at Karachi, Sindh was extra-judicially killed  in the year 2014 at the age of 15 years by notorious Police officer Rao Anwar, responsible for the killing of 444 ethnic Pashtuns.

He was arrested from his home. The police took away the women’s jewelery, rickshaw and plot papers and Rs 2.5 lakh which were saved for his wedding. His brother Noor Zali was also forcibly disappeared along with him whose whereabouts are still unknown

On May 27, 2018, Abdul Azeem and Abdul Muqeem, originally from Shakar Khel Banda Daudshah, district Karak, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, were actually living with their family in Ashiana Road, Nishtar Colony, Ferozepur Road, Lahore, Punjab for work, were extra-judicially killed  by Pakistan Military Secret Services.

These two ethnic Pashtuns were abducted and disappeared on March 8, 2018, at mid night raid on their home by Secret Services personnel in plain clothes and uniformed Policemen.

Their elderly mother, brother-in-law, two small children were also arrested in disappeared who were releared 4 days later on June 1, 2018.

Muftah uddin son of Qutbuddin Qaum of Mamozai tribe and resident of district Orakzai, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was arrested and disappeared from district Kohat in 2013.

He remained in torture cell with FIU for 3 years and subjected to extreme torture.

The FIU handed him over to the Political  agent of Kurram Agency who sentenced him to 50 years imprisonment and transferred him to district Bannu prison in 2017.

Due to extreme torture and lack of medical facilities in torture cell for 3 years he was suffering from Hepatitus C and due to non-treatement his Liver stopped functioning and died in Bannu Prison.

It is to be noted that most of the missing persons recovered from the secret torture cells are ill particularly suffer from TB and Hepatitus C. Due to torture and non-treatment their legs and  feet turn black and most of them die.

According to sources, hundreds of missing persons have died due to poisonous injections administered by the Army personnel in torture cells when they are extremely ill.

Nasir Hussain, resident of Kharlachi, Parachinar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa who was picked up by Pakistan Military Secret Service  while on his way to his home from Parachinar in 2015 along with his nephew Bashir Hussain Bangash . aBashir Hussain was released blindfolded in District Thal after 10 days in torture cell of Pakistan Army.and Nasir Hussain Bangash was transferred to an unknown location. On December 24, 2018, Nasir Hussain died in Bannu Prison due to extreme physical torture and his body was handed over to his family.

Dawood son of Mohammad Rehman,  a student and running a small laptop business. He was arrested by Pakistan Army when he was on a visit to a prominent political personality and Nazim Syed Faisal of  district Hangu came in April 2011 and was a guest at Syed Faisal’s house. He was tortured to death  few days after his abduction  in an internment cell. A brother  of Dawood is a lecturer  at the University of Bannu.

Malik Razwar son of Eidar Jan owner of a hotel at Shaktoi village Tehsil Mir Ali , Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was arrested by Pakistan Army along with his father and three brothers during Operation Zarb-e-Azb on April 21, 2015 He along with his three brothers and father were subjected to worst kind  of physical torture.

As a result, he and several others civilians were killed. His whole body was cut with  knives. His wife gave birth to a cute baby girl 6 month after his death. His father Eidar Jan and his 3 brothers are still missing. His story is narrated in the link below ;

It is to be noted that we found a video of the torture executed on Malik Razwar by Pakistan Army Personnel  and probably shot by a soldier on the spot. Which prove beyond any doubt that how Pakistan Army is torturing and killing innocent civilians in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Saleem ullah son of Rehmat Shah was killed by Pakistani Police in a fake encounter on March 26, 2016.

It is to be noted that he was forcibly disappeared by Military Secret Services of Pakistan from Tarnol area in Islamabad on  June 15, 2015.

The family of Saleem Ullah registered an FIR and registered his case in the Commission  of Enquiry for Missing Persons in Islamabad, Pakistan but to no avail.

Despite FIR and registration of the case with Commission for Missing Persons, he was killed with impunity. Not a single person or institution responsible for these torture, enforced disappearances and extra-judicial killings on mass scale has been accountable in Pakistan for Enforced Disappearances which shows the complicity of all the institutions of Pakistan in this crime. This phenomenon can only be stopped if justice is done and the culprits are made accountable before the courts of Pakistan. The state institutions of Pakistan declare all those who are tortured to death in the notorious internment Centers as terrorists who have been killed in Police encounters but the traces of torture on the bodies of the victims. Which shows/prove that these people are not killed in police encounters rather they are killed in torture cells and then thrown into the streets as terrorists. Which is not the case.

These are the pictures of those innocent civilians who were disappeared by Pakistan Army in the  year 2016. On February 16, 2017 a terrorist attack took place at  Sehwan Sharif in Sindh. Next day,  on February 17 outside Thal Fort in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, these innocent missing persons were took out from Internment Centers of Pakistan who were already almost dead due to torture and extra-judicially killed to show to the people that Police and Pakistan Army are performing their duties efficiently and through different operations have succeeded in killing terrorists.  

It is to be noted that General Musharaf, former Chief of Army Staff and President of Pakistan has accepted the fact in his book that he sold 5000 Pakistanis to foreign countries for money. thousands  of innocent civilians particularly Pashtuns and Balochs have been forcibly disappeared, tortured and extra-judicially killed to show to the Western Countries particularly USA that Pakistan is actively fighting against Taliban and Al-Qaeda terrorists in its war on terror but ironically not a single Taliban leader of Al-Qaeda terrorist was killed by Pakistan in these operations. Pakistan played a double game with USA and International Community by earning billions of dollars from them but was actually providing sanctuary to Taliban and Al-Qaeda terrorists in its garrisons.

Similarly, 35 innocent civilians who were missing and were kept in the internment centers of Pakistan were Extra-Judicially killed by Pakistan Army.  They were reported by ISPR and main stream media  as terrorists who were responsible for the Army Public School Massacre at Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. According to reliable sources, those 35 persons were innocent civilians and were forcibly Disappeared by Pakistan Army. How can poor civilians without proper clothes and footwear execute such massive attack in the heart of security proof garrison of Peshawar and kill hundreds of children. Actually, this drama was executed by Pakistan Army to find excuse for Military Operations in Pashtun lands as demanded by USA.

Most of the cases of Extra-Judicial killing, torture and Enforced Disappearances are un-documented and under-reported. The Security Forces particularly Pakistan Army has instilled a FEAR in the minds of the people and the families of the victims that if they will report the cases, even their lives will threatened. So, due to these reprisals, intimidations and threats, the families do not report the cases. Even if they report it to state institutions nothing is done and even media self that is censor itself in such cases as the state Institutions intimidate them too. That is the reason when we talk about persecution of Pashtun Ethnic minority in Pakistan with International Community these cases are un-heard.

The most important factor of the way Pakistan Army and Police behave with impunity is non-execution of JUSTICE. To our knowledge, not a single person or institution has been made accountable or charged by the courts of Pakistan for these crimes. Resultantly, not a single victim or his family has been compensated.
